Service Description

Standard Carpet Cleaning: $3.50 per sqm (Minimum Charge $175+GST per visit) Heavy Duty Carpet Cleaning: $5 per sqm (Minimum Charge $250+GST per visit) Carpet Cleaning for Stairs: $3 per step Carpet Cleaning Process: 1 - Pre-Inspection: Our carpet cleaning expert will conduct a visual inspection of the carpet, identifying potential stains and discussing expected outcomes with you. 2 - Pre-Vacuum: We use a commercial-grade vacuum cleaner to remove loose dirt and debris before proceeding with wet cleaning. 3 - Pre-Spray: An alkaline pre-cleaning spray is applied to the carpet, effectively suspending soil from the top layer. Our technician may use a Teflon-rake to enhance the spray's effectiveness, depending on the carpet type. 4 - Scrubbing with ROTOVAC 360i (For Heavy Duty Clean only): Unlike traditional manual methods, we utilize the Rotovac 360i, a cutting-edge jet extractor that employs rotating vacuum heads for deep cleaning. This method ensures thorough cleaning beyond the carpet surface, delivering a 360-degree cleaning effect. 5 - Clean and Extract: We perform hot-water extraction, a highly effective process that eliminates harmful bacteria and deeply embedded dirt accumulated over time. A pH-balancing fiber rinse is then used to remove any chemical residue and restore the carpet's pH balance to normal. The result is a cleaner, softer carpet for you to enjoy until our next visit. 6 - Post-Cleaning Inspection: Our carpet cleaning expert conducts a final inspection to showcase the fresh and revitalized state of your carpets. Please allow 2-6 hours for your standard-sized carpet to dry completely after our expert cleaning. *For premises requiring extra efforts, an additional 25% charge may apply. **Parking is the responsibility of the customer. If free parking is unavailable, parking costs will be borne by the customer.
