Builders Cleaning Prices: 1-Bedroom house: $279 2-Bedroom house: $359 3-Bedroom house: $439 4-Bedroom house: $519 5-Bedroom house: $599 6-Bedroom house: $679 7-Bedroom house: $759 All prices above include 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 1 living area. Additional charges apply for extra bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, separate toilets, separate laundry, and garages based on the pricing mentioned earlier. Double and triple storey properties incur extra charges as well. Please note the following: Construction must be complete and no tradespersons should be working on-site during the cleaning process. The house must be vacant and free of furniture and tools. Chandelier cleaning and concrete spatter removal are not included in the standard builders clean; separate quotes can be provided if needed. Window cleaning is subject to accessibility; hard-to-reach windows may not be cleaned due to safety reasons. Parking expenses are the customer's responsibility when free parking is unavailable.
