Our Exterior House Painting Process Includes:

1. Set-Up and Color Choice: At the beginning of your project, our painting experts will present you with a catalog of different colors to choose from. You can select your favorite color for the exterior of your home. Our crew will then prepare the area for painting.

2. Wall Preparation: Based on your requests and the initial estimate, our house painters will fill holes and cracks in the walls, seal stains, and sand the surfaces. These preparation techniques are essential for a quality exterior paint job.

3. Painting: Any areas that were prepped or repaired will be primed. We will also prime any new drywall. All areas will receive two coats of premium quality paint, applied with a uniform finish. Clean edges will be ensured.

4. Clean Up: During the final phase of the work, we will move your items back to their original locations. Floors will be vacuumed and swept. Any leftover paint will be stored in the designated place, typically the garage, and all equipment will be removed.

5. Final Inspection: Our supervisor will conduct a final inspection to ensure the quality of our work. We will invite you to inspect the completed project and provide feedback.

Exterior House Painting Prices: Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size of your house. Simply calculate the floor area, and you will know the cost of painting. Prices include paint, labor, tools, and GST. Our exterior house painting service covers exterior walls, siding, and soffit. However, it does not include facia, rainware, gutters, decks, and fences.

Please Note:

• Our painters may revise the quote after an on-site inspection if additional work is required.

• We prefer if the space is vacant. While we can move light items, it will be the customer's responsibility to move heavy items.

• Our exterior house painting service does not include repairs, roofing, doors, door frames, windows, window frames, fences, or decking.

• Parking is the customer's responsibility. If parking is not available, the customer will be responsible for the incurred parking costs.
